If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products you can exchange the item with anything else on the website up to the same value, within 7 days of receiving it, provided we receive the item in its original condition and packaging. (excludes beauty/well-being products due to hygiene reasons).
Refunds are subjective and at our discretion and will only be given after our tests to verify if the item is faulty/defective.
Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.
